I couldn't pay the tiered cost of Ice Magic with 6 mana so I was asked for 8 mana.
I would like a refund of 1500 gems.

The base cost of the spell is 1U (1 generic + 1 blue) and the Tiered cost is an ADDITIONAL 5U (5 generic + 1 blue) for a total cost of 6UU (6 generic + 2 blue) mana.
Unless it was trying to collect a total of 10 mana, this is working properly.
