Problem with copying permeant spells with double token effects. (no extra token is created)
When you copy a permeant spell that would create a token, and you have a double token enchantment out it doesn't create an extra token. In the file below I have Lithoform engine and anointed procession on the field, I cast another anointed procession and copy the permeant spell with lithoform, the copy specifies enters as a token, which should be doubled by the anointed procession already on the field. It does not.

There is your issue already. The copied spell does NOT create a token, it BECOMES a token. Since it is not created, any effect looking for tokens being created (triggers and replacement effects alike) do not care.
