Match Not Starting on iPad – Stuck After Start Sound
I’m experiencing a persistent issue on my iPad when trying to play MTG Arena. After queuing for a match, I hear the starting sound, but the screen never transitions — it remains stuck on the matchmaking screen and never loads into the game.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
Logged out and back into my account
Force-closed and restarted the app
Switched between Wi-Fi networks and mobile hotspot
Reset my iPad’s network settings
Reinstalled the app twice
Freed up device storage
Ensured my iOS and MTG Arena app are fully up to date
None of these steps have resolved the issue. I believe my account may be stuck in a corrupted matchmaking session and may need a manual reset on your end.
