Although this bug has already been reported ("Liliana dreadhorde general does not trigger card draw when sacrificing zombie token") that description was incomplete. Please consider this an addition to that earlier bug report.

Liliana's passive ability where you draw a card everytime a creature you control dies, no longer triggers at all. Neither when sacrificing a zombie creature token, nor when a nontoken creature dies, whether it be in combat or not.

Regarding the information asked for above:
1: to reproduce the bug, either sacrifice a creature with Liliana's second ability, have one die in combat or otherwise.
2: platform: Steam
3: actual results: the game simply continues without card draw, although that is the main reason for Liliana's addition to the deck
4: expected result: whenever a creature dies, draw a card. E.g. when sacrificing two creatures you draw two cards. This used to be the case by the way, but somewhere along the line this seems to have been screwed up somehow
5: I've included a Game Log. The first six turns are not very noteworthy. In turn 7 Liliana enters the battlefield and she should have triggererd card draw on turn 7 (the Zombie dies) and turn 10 (the Pixie and the zombies dies. Please note thhe card draw that is displayed in the last turn is from ScrollShift, not from Liliana.
