some cards are not in the database for my account
some cards doesn't exist for me in the database, no matter what i do, they just doesnt show up in the card search engine.t show up for me: kuldotha rebirth, abiding grace. Even if i have wildcards, is impossible to craft them.

Kuldrotha Rebirth, and many other cards in the Pioneer format, have not yet been implemented, and are not available on Arena. Wizards renamed the Explorer format into Pioneer, because all the cards that have been played COMPETETIVELY in the format are on Arena.
But at least for Kuldrotha Rebirth, you can just replace it with Gleeful Demolition. It does basically the same.
