I recently bought the Final Fantasy Play Bundle and a few days ago tried my hand at a traditional draft for final fantasy. I played two full matches before I had to stop for the time being. When I got home I found that the event had asked me to claim my rewards before ever giving me a chance to play my third match thus minimizing the amount of rewards I was eligible for, wasting one of my draft tokens, and potentially making me lose out on play-points. I have two more Draft tokens but I am apprehensive in using them in fear of something like that happening again. I tried submitting a ticket earlier when it happened but customer support website wouldn't let me so this is kind of the best method I have as of now. I wouldn't normally care about something like this but since it wasted not only a draft token but also lost me at a chance of play points I am pretty upset and hoping it can be resolved. Any help is appreciated thanks!
