I've bought the Final Fantasy (FF) Mastery Pass and got the Cloud Avatar. But when I select him on Profile, the previsualization does not show him. As an example, I'm sharing screenshots of my current Avatar Archangel Elspeth where she displays correctly, and what happens when I select Cloud where the Avatar doesn't show.
When I queue for a match and the Vs. screen shows up, the client also fails to show any FF Avatars, showing nothing above the name of either player who has a FF Avatar, but when we are on the game itself and the board is displayed, I can see the tiny version of the Avatar next to the life counter. Note that the previous case happens with any FF Avatar, not only Cloud. I've been paired against players with the Cactuar and Sephiroth Avatars for example, and I've seen them both during the game itself but not during the Vs. screen as explained.
I'm playing on PC on the MTGArena Launcher.
I don't know what's causing this and I'm please asking for feedback.
