Blatant abuse of timeout in MTG Arena
The user "falkor" blatantly abused the timeout functionality of the game. There is no way to report this abuse elsewhere, but this kind of activity, with no real way to address it, makes the game difficult to play.

FWIW, officially, you can report player conduct here: https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025191111-Report-a-Player , but I've never seen it have an impact.
The ropers keep on roping.
