Today, however, I had obtained 2 wildcards (common) with packs from the Foundation collection and tried to exchange them for 2 Soulmender cards. The internet crashed at the time and simply one wildcard was spent without giving me the card (the other wildcard was exchanged as expected). I hope I can count on your understanding in recovering this simple and cheap wildcard (or directly releasing another Soulmender card for my collection); otherwise, I will completely lose confidence in the Arena system, both for payments and for exchanging wildcards. I started posting this message as if it were a purchase problem, but the purchase of 4.99 gems worked perfectly. The problem happened later, when exchanging a common wildcard.
