1.   Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

When attempting to load into a match for the current draft I am doing the timer freezes and stops loading. I force close the app on my phone (Android). After I attempt to load the app again I don't connect and attempting to reconnect it fails. After another force close I attempted to load and I get the second screenshot that just loads and loads. I waiting 5 minutes earlier today. After i again force close the app and it loads and I get back to the normal welcome screen. See the 3rd screenshot.
Overall I takes 10-20 minutes to get into any game.
