BUG: Tishana's Tidebinder + Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER

Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER ETB trigger didn't giver me the oppportunity to respond with Tishana's Tidebainder in my hand and with the correct amount of mana open.

    Voice of Victory shuts down any spell you could play on your opponent's turn.
