Sorceress's Schemes Bugged
During a draft, my opponent was able to return Suplex to hand with Sorceress's Schemes despite Suplex not having flashback.

No, you just did not read the card properly. Sorceress's Schemes can return ANY instant or sorcery from the graveyard to your hand, or it can return an EXILED CARD with flashback FROM EXILE to your hand.
