Aven Interrupter not taxing spells from exile. I had two Aven Interrupters in play; my opponents spell in exile showed a +4 mana tax to cast it, but they were still able to cast the spell for its normal mana cost of 3 (no other discounts on board). I see several other previous comments about similar issues with this card.
