Unable to cast Strategic Betrayal
I had the mana to cast strategic betrayal in a match, the application wouln't let me cast the sorcery even though it was the proper phase and I had the mana. I would have won the match, but because I coudn't use my removal spell I lost. This lasted for multiple rounds.

Did your opponent have hexproof? Because you have to target them in order to cast that spell.
