Tithing Blade Artifact Glitch
After heisting Tithing Blade from an opponent's deck and playing it, it returns to the opponent's side (original owner) after transforming into consuming sepulcher. It should have stayed on my side after it had transformed.

Yep. This is definitely correct RAW behavior. The rule just shouldn't have been written that way as it makes zero gameplay or narrative sense.

Craft with creature: "... Return this card transformed UNDER ITS OWNER'S CONTROL. ..."
You are not the owner of the card, your opponent is. Thus they get the transformed permanent.
