Perpetual debuff vanished in brawl
While my opponent had alesha who laughs at fate as their commander penregon beseiged had triggered and perpetually debuffed alesha twice. when opponent used alesha as an additional cost to cast annihilating glare, and then moved alesha to the command zone, the perpetual debuffs vanished.

It is a RULE in Brawl, that when your commander goes ot the command zone, you can remove all perpetual effects on it.
