Adventure cards
When casting cards for their adventure cost, the Adventure spell resolves, then the card disappears. It says "revealed card" then the card disappears. I can't cast the card from exile, it isn't in my graveyard, it isn't in exile, it vanishes.

You've cast an OMEN, not an ADVENTURE. Omens go back into the library after resolving.
