Genji glove/Cloud, Midgar Mercenary mechanic failure
When using Cloud, Midgar Mercenary and Genji Glove, the second time that Cloud was supposed to untap for the combat phase, the untap part of the mechanic didn't work ( MTG Arena)

It did work. But the untap happens when the trigger resolves, so both untaps happen in the first combat phase. You do not get to untap in the new combat phase.
