Final Fantasy Set Completionist II achievement bug
Hi there. I have completed collecting all 4 copies of each card in Final Fantasy packs but have not been awarded the Set Completionist II achievement. Please help.

Spent 28 mythic WCs to finish the set just to not get the achievement. Pretty annoying that it's not giving completion.

Just a terrible excuse for customer service these people do not care will not help send you automated messages about not being able to help you I have not spoken to one single representative that tried to help me or even showed that they cared a little bit about anything I was saying

The customer service on this app is terrible they absolutely do not care and will not help us with any of this stuff I clearly have four copies of every card in the Final Fantasy set I have all the data all the proof all the pictures the times the dates everything that they would need to verify that I indeed completed the achievement hundreds of dollars spent not only do I have four copies of every single card I also bought every single available Final Fantasy bundle in the store they're literally is nothing left for me to buy ithe

Can you please tell me why you are unable to help me with this?It clearly shows I have the entire set 4x of every single card in FF it's glowing golden and fully completed.

The achievement is (set completionist II)
I have in fact completed all stipulations and the only feedback I get for support regarding the issue is. “ we cannot help you”
Please tell me why? What am I missing in the set? It shows 100% 4x of every single card in the set.
Attached is a PDF (as requested) showing my complete set along with the email from some bot that keeps sending me the same message.
I will be happy to provide you with any information about the account and myself.
Please enlighten me on what I am missing
