Locked out of Ranked and some play modes
I was playing a Ranked match, I unlocked Quick Draft at the end of the match. Now I can only access 3 modes: Jump In, Jump In Final Fantasy, Quick Draft Final Fantasy. My dailies and weeklies work fine. The Quick Draft quest is bugged (already upvoted that idea). So either I have an issue with my account and I'm locked out of Ranked and some other modes that I had already unlocked or I need to complete the Quick Draft quest (which is bugged) to gain access to my other modes again (including RANKED). Contacting support sent me here, so someone please look at my account and fix this! This is happening on both PC and Android. Either someone has to look at my account and fix my account data or someone has to look at my account and auto complete the draft quest so I can get back my other modes if I need to complete the Draft Quest to get my modes back, but all contacting support did was make me upvote the Draft Quest bug or tell me to create a new idea here. The Draft quest bug is nearly 2 years old, wow. I only have these 3 modes on my interfaces, going into them also does not allow me to change modes from inside. The worst part is, all 3 of these modes are paid modes that I need to spend gold or gem to play, so if I run out of Gold I won't be able to play anymore unless I spend gems. Help!

Também já passei por algo assim aqui em Portugal, quando um bug bloqueou quase todos os modos de um jogo e eu precisava mesmo de juntar algum ouro lá dentro para avançar, tal como eu andava a tentar juntar dinheiro para comprar uns acessórios novos para o meu PC. Comecei mal, perdi algumas rondas nas slots, mas quando arrisquei um pouco mais veio um ganho grande que mudou o humor do dia e até me ajudou a voltar ao jogo com mais paciência. Às vezes uma distração rápida faz toda a diferença quando estamos presos por causa de bugs destes.

Hello,
You can skip all the tutorial elements by selecting Adjust Options in the upper right and then Account. Select the Skip Tutorial option and confirm your choice, and you'll bypass the tutorial and Color Challenge. Please let us know if you continue to encounter issues after these steps.This worked. Somehow I had been playing Ranked and the other modes for months though...

I just love how I lost access to Ranked and support is like "create an idea, a dev will definitely see it someday" on a website with 2 year old bugs that have not been fixed when it's an issue with my account.
