Yagmoth, Thran Physician does not trigger when targeted affects when ability targets creaturees

Yagmoth placing counters on GoldSpan Dragon does not result in a trigger or ward.

    Goldspan Dragon doesn't care about abilities, it triggers only for spells or when attacking.
