deck builder does not open (get endless loading screen instead)
Steam - PC
Steps:
Open deckbuilder (either via Collection tab and clicking any deck, or in limited try to build the limited deck, or view card pool in cube draft)
Get loading animation with message "Waiting for the Server..."
Should open the deck builder screen and let me edit deck.

Tried restarting client, restarting computer, and reinstalling client. Deck builder worked correctly on same account on another computer.
