Reproduce the bug on Windows PCs:
1. On Magic: the Gathering Arena run both Jade and Carnelian Orb of Dragonkind in a Grumgully, the Generous Brawl deck.
2. Cast a Dragon (I've tried Kura, the Boundless Sky, Old Gnawbone) with one orb out (I used auto-tapper).
3. The artifact is tapped, the Dragon resolves, but the Dragon-related effect from either orb are not applied.

The Dragons that I've cast do not gain the effect of being cast with either orb.

Dragons cast with the orb should renter the battlefield with Hexproof and a +1/+1 counter (Jade Orb), or Haste (Carnelian Orb).

I have not yet found a work around.
