Sephiroth not triggering when it can't attack or block
If Sephiroth is enchanted by cooped up (which says it can't attack or defend) its effect doesn't get triggered when another creature dies.

They probaly had a Rest in Peace on the field. Nothing dies with that enchantment out, everything gets exiled intsead.
