Unable to Take Game Action
at around 10:45am yesterday during a premier draft, arena stopped allowing me to take game actions, though i could see my opponents highlights so the game wasn’t frozen, i checked my internet connection and it was strong. arena made me skip my turn, which resulted in me losing the game, which resulted in my draft event ending and wasting my gems, thank you for your help resolving the issue!

This just happened for a second time, also resulting in a game loss. Unable to take any game actions, turn skipped, game lost. Seems to only occur when playing draft games that are pay to play. Haven’t received any response on the first instance. At this point I am asking for compensation in the form of gems or coins. Thank you for your response and help remedying the issue!
