Tale of Tamiyo
i cast tale of Tamiyo, have stilzkin the moogle out with water crystal out. use stilzkin to give tale to opponent. pass turn. the tale should deck them. it stopped when they ran out of cards and i didnt get the win.

Sagas trigger in the first main phase, so AFTER the card for the turn is drawn. Unless you make the opponent draw an additional card that turn, or they do that themselves for some reason, the game losing card draw happens during their NEXT turn.
Or you could try to put a lore counter on the saga in the upkeep with some effect, so that it triggers before the card draw of the turn.
