would be helpful to add a second email or phone number for authentication for safety but also so i don't have to have a two week conversation with customer service to alter my email.

as an option you could allow us to add our phone number or another email so we don't end up loosing the account if we delete associated or other issues related to emails.

you should 100% discuss the option for people to add 2 factor authentication and take it extremely seriously and do it as quickly as possible since your actually going to start the process of not allowing people to sign in who cant access there wizards account to prove they are of age.
