Emrakul the promised end, couldn't use my opponents counterspells against their own spell.
I cast Emrakul then cast wrath of god as them with the attention of using their Dovin's veto against it but was unable to despite them having available mana.

I had this happened during an arena game just now.
While controlling their turn with Emrakul, the Promised End, I casted their commander to be able to counter it with their own spells. Attaching a screenshot of this.
The counterspells could not be interacted with, and even with the spell on the stack you were forced to let their spells resolve.
