Overkill: move could not be executed - Bug
I couldn't cast a spell (instant) during a ranked game (Standard League).
Even though the spell cost was paid (2B), the message "The action cannot be completed because the cost cannot be paid" appeared. Bug?
Insane. Crazy... It's annoying when you get relegated in the rankings because of it.
I'm enclosing two screenshots and one video so you can see for yourself.

While you did not provide the promised sceenshots, the most likely thing is, that you tried to target Terror of the Peaks with Overkill while having only 2 or less life. The Terror's ability demands, that you pay 3 life in addition to any other costs for a spell that targets it. A cost you could not pay.
