bonders enclave draw bug
I removed from the battlefield at the same time bonders enclave was activated and it still drew them a card when it shouldn't

You have to control a creature with 4+ power to activate the ability. You do not need one when you resolve it. It is a restriction on the activation only, not a condition to draw the card.
