The Enigma Jewel / Planeswalker
Bug with the card Enigma Jewel / Locus of Enlightment and Planeswalkers.
According to the gatherer, the Locus should allows individual cards exiled to use one ability only.
However, when combined with planeswalker such as Elspeth, Tezzeret or Ugin, the Locus allows to us only one planeswalker ability and do not allow for a second loyalty ability (exemple linked). The card should not work this way.
This bug is seems to happened only with Planeswalker, other card type are not affected.

113.5. Some activated abilities are loyalty abilities. Loyalty abilities follow special rules: A player may
activate a loyalty ability of a permanent they control any time they have priority and the stack is
empty during a main phase of their turn, but only if no player has previously activated a loyalty
ability of that permanent that turn. See rule 606, “Loyalty Abilities.”This means, that regardless of the permanent being a planeswalker or not, only one of its loyalty abilities can be used per turn.
