Cards in the shop

Today I paied 1000 game coins for the card Sab-Sunen in the daily deal in the shop and never receved the card... What can I do to retrieve it?

    Craft the card, or open it in a pack. You bought a card STYLE, not the card. Individual cards are NEVER offered in the store.
