How on Earth does this company not track how much a user has spent on the game? I don't care if it's in-game, or in my WOTC account- I'm being told by the company they can not generate a purchase history for my account.

They're capable of producing 1099-MISC and reporting to tax authorities on cash prize distribution, but can't produce how much you've spent.

I've never seen another game or internet service that accepts real money not able to track how much you've spent with them. This is more than bad coding, it's ethically immoral to not display to the user how much they've spent based on their account.

It's akin to a toll-tag company emailing you a receipt for every toll you pass through, but not able to consolidate those charges for you in a table - leaving the user responsible, or Amazon emailing you receipts, but not providing a section online for order history.

This needs to change. It's predatory.
