Elesh norn + elspeth conquers death
Recently playing a cube draft event i was owning an Elesh Norn and played later an Elspeth Conquers death but the triggered ability triggered only once, even when my opponent controled several permanents. It is difficuly to draft well with this bug errors

Not a bug, since ECD doesn't have an ETB trigger, so Elesh Norn has nothing to make trigger twice. ECD's trigger is a saga chapter, it triggers on the saga gaining lore counters.
