Cast Burst Lightning at opponent’s Ouroboroid with Ojer Axonil in play, only does 2 damage instead of 4.
As described in title. Burst Lightning should have done 4 damage instead of 2.
Can’t capture log as well this self described mobile game has limited functionality on ‘mobile’ devices like an m4 iPad.

Ojer Axonil only applies to noncombat damage dealt to the opponent, not their permanents.
