Stockpilling Celebrant Bug
I was playing a wilds of eldraine premier draft and while Stockpilling Celebrant entered the abttlefield, i was not able to not target a permanent i controlled to return to my hand, The submit 0 option was not highlighted so i didnt have the chois to not chose a permanent so i had to let all my timer goes down to 0 so it didnt target anything.

Targeting is mandatory. The choice to execute the trigger's effect (the "may") is made on resolution. All optional triggers work that way: a target has to be chosen, and on resolution you can choose to decline.
