Captain Howler, fails to allow to pay ward cost
Often when targeting Captain Howler, Sea Scourge, the option to target the card and then to pay the two life will automatically fail, and my spell doesn't resolve, and the Captain Howler remains unaffected. Someone should address this issue.

The ward is 2 life AND 2 mana. If you can't pay both, ward will counter your spell/ability.
