Brako, Heartless Hunter
With Braco the Merciless Hunter on my field, my opponent had a 2/3 and a 4/3.
I removed the 4/3 with Scorpion's Poison Needle but Braco's effect was not triggered.
I believe it triggers because the maximum power died.
If this is a bug I would like my entry fee gold back.

You removed the creature by reducing its toughness, as well as its power. Thus due to the reduced power, it was not the strongest creature your opponent had when it died.
