Sorcerous Spyglass
Sorcerous Spyglass Isn’t stopping triggered abilities of named cards in alchemy. Unless I’m misunderstanding how the card works. I named Dazzling Angel and every new creature entering triggered the player to gain life still.. i also named a second card with another Sorcerous Spyglass (the creature that makes a 1/1 lifelink cat each time they gain life) and it still happened as well. I thought mana abilities were ones triggered when you used mana/tap to make it happen?

Activated abilities and triggered abilities are very different things. Sorcerous Spyglas only stops activated abilities, Dazzling Angel has a triggered ability. So of course it isn't stopped from triggering.
Only activated abilities can be activated. They cannot trigger. ALL activated abilities use the template [cost]:[effect]. If it isn't in that form, it's not an activated ability.
Only triggered abilities can trigger. They cannot be activated. Triggered abilities ALWAYS use the words "when", "whenever", or "at" to describe their trigger condition(s). (Note, that the word "if" followed by a condition does NOT indicate a triggered ability. Rather it indicates a replacement effect.)
A mana ability is an ability that PRODUCES mana. It can be an activated ability, or a triggered ability (if it triggers of of a mana ability).
