Possible cheating while deploying planewalkers/artifacts with much higher values than the original Arena values
Was playing Arena Ranked games. During the game user named 'Eff' was deploying known planewalkers with values higher than the original planewalkers without any visible supporting spell/enchantment/artifact. Please advice. Thank you.

You apparently did not read Innkeeper's Talent level 3. Planeswalkers entering with loyalty counters counts as putting counters on them.
