Playing on an Android Samsung Galaxy A52.

I purchased the Omenpath pre order bundle with the 50 Omenpath packs, 5 gold packs, and a couple of other items.

I was able to open the gold packs with no issues and then when I clicked on "open 10 packs" for the Omenpath packs it showed a black screen with the word "okay" in the middle of it.

I went back to see if I still had my packs and it still showed 50 packs so I didn't worry about it.

I decided to "open 10 packs" again and this time they opened but when I went to open more packs it showed I only had 30 packs left.

This happened 2 times where it flashed a black screen with the word "okay" in the middle and it seemed like I lost 10 packs each time this happened.

I have voted on similar posts and also un-installed and re installed the game hoping it would bring my packs back but so far I haven't recieved a response or a fix for the issue.
