Unable to Cast Instant Speed Removal on Opps turn
Two turns in a row I have 2 mana available to cast long goodbye or shoot the sheriff. Each turn Arena skipped every opportunity for me to respond with removal.

If it's on your opponent's turn only, then they most likely had Voicve of Victory, Grand Abolisher, Myrel, or Kutzil on the field
