Can't claim rewards
My event crashed after winning 7-2. I was not awarded the prizes and cannot claim them.

Since Saturday, October 4th, at 2:45 PM, after winning a Best of 1 event (7-2),
the event screen has been stuck like this... I haven't received any prizes, and every time I access the Best of 1 event, the Home button appears, taking me back to the main screen.
I should point out that all the other events are working... only this event has been stuck. The error occurs on both Windows and Android.
