Spectral Restitching - Timing bugged
I had cast Spectral Restitching exiling some of my own artifacts during my opponent's main phase in response to them casting Ultima. The cards exiled by Spectral Restitching were not returned during the opponent's end step as they should be, but instead were returned during my next end step (i.e. a full turn afterwards).

Your opponent didn't have an end step, because Ultima ends the turn during its resolution.
