How can my commander absolute virtue be targeted by solitude, and bounce spells?
Just in a game commander was absolute virtue, had him out twice both times he was either targeted and bounced by venser or exiled by solitude, I thought the whole point of virtue was to be not targetable by opponents?

Because nothing on Absolute Vertue prevents doing so? It grants YOU protection. Nothing on it protects the Virtue itself, exccept that it cannot be countered.
