Rickety Gazebo returned cards from Exile which shouldn't happen
Bug: Rickety Gazebo returned cards from Exile. It is supposed to mill cards (which go to graveyard). I had Leyline of the Void in play (which has my opponents cards go into exile instead of the graveyard.) THen Opponent played Rickety Gazebo which mills their deck then they can return 2 cards to hand. But Mill sends cards to the graveyard yet the cards were exiled via the Leyline of the Void, yet opponent was able to return 2 cards to hand from exile. This is wrong as cards that go to exile cannot be accessed as if they were in the graveyard.

Rickety Gazebo does not say anything about the graveyard, it looks for the milled cards. In the first zone they went to. If that is exile, then from exile the cards will be chosen and returned.
701.17c An effect that refers to a milled card can find that card in the zone it moved to from the
library, as long as that zone is a public zone.
