I Have copied spells from The Graveyard twice and have revived no credit for either one from The Nice is twice task. What gives

You copied CARDS, and then cast the copies. That's not what the achievement is about. SPELLS only exist on the STACK. So if you want progress for Twice as Nice, you have to copy a spell that's on the stack. Any card that copies a spell you cast will do the trick. Any spell that copies itself when cast will count.

Chandra, Hope's Beacon
Plumb the Forbidden
Ivy, Gleeful Spellthief
Volo, Guide to Monsters
