Nine Lives and poison counter.
When I gained nine poison counters, I lost the game to the effect of Nine Lives when I gained nine incarnation counters.

And? That's what is supposed to happen as per Nine Lives's last ability, consequence of its second to last ability. The poison counters are irrelevant. Nine Lives made you lose the game, not poison.
