card is bugged when opponent uses ultima. ojer kaslem is supposed to return as a mana after he dies.
ultima spells destroys all creatures, it does not exile them. he does not return as mana after death.

And Ultima also ENDS THE TURN. Which means, that all objects currently on the stack, as well as all waiting triggers, like the one the would return Ojer Kasleem, cease to exist.
