While playing powered cube traditional draft, I cast booster tutor onto a mostly empty board on an early turn. The tutor resolved and I selected Nethergoyf, while deliberating about other cards. After clicking confirm, the newly selected Nethergoyf was in the graveyard immediately rather than my hand. There did not appear to be any card effects that could have caused this. I took a while to pick the Nethergoyf, but I had the card selected, and I didn't have so many cards in hand as to need to discard it to hand size after a timeout, so I don't understand how it ended up in the graveyard. Messed up my game pretty badly.
